Sportscoversonline or SCO is a private members-only club internet forum designed exclusively for the amateur and semi-professional sports handicapper. SCO is a place where sports wagering enthusiasts can rub cyber elbows with other like minded individuals in a confidential , informative and entertaining way.
SCO has a "grass roots" philosophy shared by all the members HERE. We believe that "touts" or "paid" professional handicappers are a waste of money and often a crock of inconsistency. At SCO, we are serious and passionate about the business of handicapping. We use the angles and edges that the pros claim to use, but we believe we can do better as a group drawing from our individual strengths and depth of knowledge in key sports and teams!
At SCO, our members take handicapping very seriously and do the same work a professional would.

- watch the games
- check weather conditions
- analyze and validate stats / team histories / trends
- confirm player rosters and key injuries
- watch for fatigue ratings
- summarize and strategise situational match-ups.
This process results in something that distinguishes SCO from the pack --- we foster disciplined group discussion and analysis of every thread of information we can gather to expose weak lines and pounce on them together. Information is knowledge, and knowledge is power.
The $500 membership fee is not a paid tout subscription. It supports the maintenance and growth of the SCO website to provide a forum for similar-minded amateur and semi-professional sports handicappers. SCO is not a site where jokers can come and pretend to play with monopoly money while dispensing their ill-informed capping advice. We keep those people out by charging a $500 annual membership fee, so that SCO remains a safe haven and private club for serious cappers. Anyone willing to pay $500 to discuss tactical edges of handicapping is going to be serious about it.
Once individuals become SCO members, they are welcomed into a community in which there is an environment of mutual respect and integrity.
You don't need to be a pro capper to be at SCO - you just need a passion for capping and a desire to learn and win!
One of the things that many SCO members really like is the comraderie that is fostered in this group process. People begin to have more fun during games as they get to know the other members. You will have some laughs, get some insights and increase your handicapping skills regardless of what level you are presently at.
Make no mistake about it - SCO was created to give our members an edge in their handicapping and many more wins than losses. We just want to have a really good time doing it.
Now, if you are serious about winning and want to get the SCO edge, the only two requirements necessary to become one of our members is a passion for handicapping and $500. The $500 fee cannot guarantee you success. That's what touts do. They promise success and fail to deliver. What we offer instead is a place where you can direct your own capping plays either by following SCO members' plays who have solid expertise and track records in one or more sports or by getting feedback on your own plays from other SCO members, thereby using a process of elimination to help you find your strongest plays.
